Notice of Election

Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Wednesday 2 April 2025.

Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP, during the times stated above or by emailing elections@middevon.gov.uk. They are also available on the election page of Mid Devon District Council’s website.

If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 1 May 2025.
