Have an input into future local housing

Mid Devon District Council have funded this independent Housing Needs Survey that will gather evidence about the local need for affordable housing.

Please fill in the survey if you think you may need to move in the next five years and wish to live within the parishes of Sampford Peverall, Halberton, Burlescombe or Uplowman.

We would encourage residents to complete it, as it will inform future housing and help us better represent residents in relation to future planning and housing developments.

Letters will be distributed across the parish for those without internet access, but you can complete it online via the details below.

Alternatively, you can use the paper form and business reply envelope sent to you in the post. A separate survey is needed for each individual or group of people forming a new household.

If you know someone who wants to live in the parishes of Sampford Peverall, Halberton, Burlescombe or Uplowman but has had to move away due to lack of suitable housing, or someone working in one of these parishes who is not able to live there please pass on the link to enable them to complete the survey.

If you have a housing need and you want to be considered for affordable housing, you will also need to register at www.devonhomechoice.com. Even if you are already registered with Devon Home Choice, please complete and return this survey.
