Stuart McDonald
Positions and responsibilities: Police liaison, Heritage, Highways
About me: I’ve worked in the police control room for over 17 years. As such, I’m well placed to support the Council in highlighting residents’ concerns to the police. I can also advise on how the community can get involved in initiatives to tackles issues such as speeding. As part of my job, I’m also a lead on heritage crime, which is particularly relevant in our parish because of assets such as our canal bridges, lime kilns and Canonsleigh Abbey.
I live in Westleigh with my wife Tsara (Cllr Smith) and our dog Chloe.
