Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council

The Annual Parish Meeting took place on Wednesday 21 May from 6-7pm at Burlescombe & Westleigh Community Hall.

While organised by the Council, the Annual Parish Meeting is NOT a Council meeting. It’s a chance for the community to get together to discuss anything relevant to the parish. It’s an informal event at which the Council shares an overview of their activities, organisations and voluntary/community groups may provide updates, and residents can bring ideas or ask questions.

It was followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (7pm-9pm).
