Let us know your views on future development in the parish
If you live in our parish, please take this short anonymous survey about housing and development in Burlescombe Parish. The results will inform a Neighbourhood Priorities Statement (NPS) for our community.
Published: 18 September 2026
An NPS is a document produced by a local council, working with its community, to set out local priorities for growth, change and investment in their area over the longer term. The contents of an agreed NPS should be taken into account by local authorities in relation to planning.
Your feedback will help us ensure that the NPS reflects the needs and aspirations of local residents.
The survey is online here:
It will close at midnight on Saturday 3 October, so please take a few minutes to share your views before then. If you know someone who needs a paper copy, please email cllr.tsara.smith@burlescombeparishcouncil.gov.uk.
In October, we’ll share a summary of the results and we will circulate the draft NPS for the community to comment.
Please note, this NPS survey asks questions that are different to our previous residents’ surveys, so even if you have completed one of those, filling this one in is important. If you’re new to the area, or haven’t completed our general survey before, please complete this survey, as well as the one above.
