Notice of Election
As ten people from the parish requested an election for the vacancy on the Council, a second process is now open for candidates.

No candidates came forward during the previous process.
We encourage anyone interested in making a positive difference in our community to consider putting themselves forward.
Forms of nomination as a candidate for the election can be found below, or requested from Mid Devon District Council offices, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP, or by emailing elections@middevon.gov.uk.
Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP no later than 4pm on Friday 10 January 2025.
If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday 6 February 2025. Find out all the details in the Notice of Election, below.
