Housing Needs Report published
Devon Communities Together and Mid Devon District Council have published their Housing Needs Report for Burlescombe, Halberton, Sampford Peverell & Uplowman.

51 surveys were returned after it was distributed to 1,915 households in the parishes.
The survey identified a need for at least 27 affordable homes across the four parishes within the next five years.
